He has successfully managed over 1.5 million square feet of cold storage warehouse design and construction. Known for his exceptional communication skills, Shawn keeps all stakeholders—subcontractors, team members, and owners—well-informed throughout the project. His meticulous attention to detail and leadership ensure every project is completed on time and within budget.
